this country bear the name of a corrupt person ?
The author denounces a system of parallel State and parallel
Budget associated with "donations" from a political
leader who resorts to demagogy. He condemns the lack of
transparency in this practice of fake donations, which
actually rests on irregularities (such as public fund
embezzlements) and reflects the absence of the rule of law and
bad governance that can only aggravate poverty in our country.
