Sam Rainsy's biography. Born in 1949 in Phnom Penh. Educated in France. Graduate in economics (DES), political science (IEP), business administration (MBA-INSEAD). Former investment manager with several banks and financial institutions in Paris. Former member of the Supreme National Council of Cambodia and former Finance Minister. Member of Parliament and leader of the Opposition.
