Why do all the schools in
this country bear the name of a corrupt person ?
The author denounces a system of parallel State and parallel
Budget associated with "donations" from a political
leader who resorts to demagogy. He condemns the lack of
transparency in this practice of fake donations, which
actually rests on irregularities (such as public fund
embezzlements) and reflects the absence of the rule of law and
bad governance that can only aggravate poverty in our country.

situation of many small vendors chased from their stalls by the
local authorities (associated with unscrupulous businessmen)
who force them to buy other stalls at newly
built markets at exorbitant prices that poor people cannot
afford to pay. |
